引言
囍颜（国际名 Wedova，「我们」）重视您的隐私。本政策说明当您使用囍颜 iOS App 时，我们如何收集、使用、披露与保护您的信息。本政策在 WePhotos / WePian 隐私政策结构上改写，以适配囍颜的定妆与成片流程。
我们收集的信息
- 账户标识：RevenueCat 匿名 App User ID（以及您之后绑定的 alias）。用于登录、次数与作品归属，不强制邮箱。
- 您上传的照片：新娘与新郎各 1 张正面照，用于生成定妆照与婚纱成片。照片会传到我们的云存储，并在生成时提交给 AI 服务商。
- 生成结果：定妆照与成片。定妆照用于后续出片身份锁定；成片可在 App 内保存到系统相册或系统分享。
- 用量与设备信息：请求日志（IP、时间、错误）、设备类型、Apple DeviceCheck 令牌（用于防止免费额度被同一设备重复领取）。
- 推送令牌：若您允许通知，我们保存 Firebase Cloud Messaging 令牌，以便成片完成时提醒您。
- 支付信息：购买次数包由 Apple 处理。我们通过 RevenueCat 收到购买确认与商品标识，看不到也无法存储您的银行卡或 Apple ID 密码。
我们如何使用这些信息
- 提供与维护服务：登录、定妆、出片、作品列表、次数余额。
- 根据您上传的照片生成 AI 定妆照与婚纱成片。
- 处理 App 内购买、防止滥用免费额度。
- 在您授权后发送生成完成通知。
- 回应您的支持请求（您可通过「联系我们」附上用户 ID）。
信息共享
我们不出售用户数据。仅为运行服务而向以下处理方传输必要信息：
- Cloudflare — API、数据库、对象存储、本隐私页托管。
- Replicate — AI 生图。您的照片仅用于完成当次生成请求。
- RevenueCat — iOS 内购与次数入账。
- Firebase（Google） — 推送通知。
- Apple — App Store 内购、DeviceCheck。
我们也可能在法律要求、保护自身与用户安全、或调查违规时披露信息。
数据安全
我们使用传输加密（TLS）、访问控制与云厂商安全措施保护您的信息。没有任何系统能保证绝对安全。如怀疑发生安全问题，请联系 afforwork@outlook.com。
保存与删除
- 服务所需保存：上传照片、定妆照与成片会保存在我们的服务器上，以便您确认定妆、再次出片，以及在「作品」中查看与保存。
- 手动删除：您可随时在 App「设置 → 删除所有数据」删除已上传照片与生成记录。删除后无法恢复。已购次数包为消耗型商品，无法通过「恢复购买」找回。
- 交易记录：Apple / RevenueCat 可能按财务与税务要求保留购买记录，即使您删除了 App 内数据。
- 日志：去标识的请求日志可能为安全与防滥用保留更长时间。
您的权利
视所在地区（如 GDPR / CCPA / 个保法），您可能有权访问、更正、导出或删除个人信息。请使用 App 内「删除所有数据」，或发邮件至 afforwork@outlook.com 并附上用户 ID。
儿童隐私
囍颜面向备婚成年人，不面向 13 岁以下儿童。我们不会故意收集儿童个人信息。请勿上传未成年人照片用于生成婚礼肖像。
国际传输
服务在全球运行。您的信息可能被传输到您所在国家以外的地区（主要包括美国等地的云与 AI 处理设施）。我们将按适用法律采取适当保护措施。
政策变更
我们可能不时更新本政策。重大变更会更新本页顶部日期。继续使用服务即表示您知悉更新后的政策。

Privacy Policy

Introduction
Wedova (Chinese name 囍颜, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Wedova iOS app. It is adapted from the WePhotos / WePian privacy-policy structure for Wedova’s makeup-then-portrait flow.
Information We Collect
- Account identifiers: your RevenueCat anonymous App User ID (and any later alias). Used to sign you in and attach credits and works. Email is not required.
- Photos you upload: one front-facing photo each for the bride and the groom, used to generate makeup previews and wedding portraits. Images are stored in our cloud and sent to our AI provider to fulfill a request.
- Generated images: makeup portraits (identity anchors for later generations) and finished wedding photos. Finished photos can be saved to your Camera Roll or shared via the system share sheet.
- Usage and device data: request logs (IP address, timestamps, errors), device type, and an Apple DeviceCheck token (to prevent the same device from claiming the free allowance repeatedly).
- Push token: if you allow notifications, we store a Firebase Cloud Messaging token so we can notify you when a generation finishes.
- Payment data: credit-pack purchases are processed by Apple. We receive purchase confirmation and product identifiers via RevenueCat. We do not see or store your card details or Apple ID password.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain the service (sign-in, makeup, generation, gallery, credit balance).
- To generate AI makeup portraits and wedding photos from the photos you upload.
- To process in-app purchases and prevent abuse of the free allowance.
- To send generation-complete notifications if you opted in.
- To respond to support requests (you can copy your user ID in Settings).
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell user data. We share information only with processors needed to run the service:
- Cloudflare — API, database, object storage, and hosting of this page.
- Replicate — AI image generation. Your photos are transmitted solely to complete a generation request.
- RevenueCat — iOS in-app purchases and credit fulfillment.
- Firebase (Google) — push notifications.
- Apple — App Store purchases and DeviceCheck.
We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect our rights and users, or investigate policy violations.
Data Security
We use TLS in transit, access controls, and our cloud providers’ security measures. No system is perfectly secure. If you suspect a security issue, contact afforwork@outlook.com.
Data Retention and Deletion
- Service storage: uploaded photos, makeup portraits, and generated works are stored so you can confirm makeup, generate again, and view or save results in the app.
- Manual deletion: you can delete uploaded photos and generation records at any time via Settings → “Delete all data”. This cannot be undone. Credit packs are consumable and cannot be restored via Restore Purchases.
- Payment records: Apple / RevenueCat may retain transaction records as required by tax and financial rules after you delete in-app data.
- Logs: aggregated or de-identified request logs may be kept longer for security and abuse prevention.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR / CCPA / PIPL, etc.), you may have the right to access, update, port, or delete your personal information. Use in-app “Delete all data”, or email afforwork@outlook.com with your user ID.
Children’s Privacy
Wedova is intended for adults preparing for a wedding. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Do not upload photos of minors to generate wedding portraits.
International Transfers
Wedova operates globally. Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own (primarily cloud and AI facilities in the United States). We use appropriate safeguards required by applicable law.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after the change date constitutes awareness of the revised policy.
